I'll just repeat what the author said long ago for those who can't find it.

Q menu -> Post Process -> Volumetric Clouds -> Right panel :gmod:

Performance issues on AMD GPU (RDNA 2 at least)
:My Radeon RX6600 utilization is 99%, but consuming only 75W (although it should consume 100W) and the graphical core freq is maxed out, but it shouldn't be

Check for updates. Are the clouds working? I don't know why people write about problems with the clouds.

Пока под штормфокс адаптировать не хочу. Куча разных дел по шейдерам есть. От плавного пропадания облаков на горизонте - до создания +-нормально буфера глубины через гибрид ближнего буфера глубины на 192 юнита и дальнего 8-ми битного. Попробую билинейную фильтрацию накинуть на 8-ми битный буфер глубины. Хз. Короче неизведанных дел полно. А поработать с LUA-адаптациями шейдеров я бы дал другим разработчикам, кто желает.
