@GhostHackNinja: I believe so, though unless you don't mind waiting for longer, you should be careful about adding too many requirements to your starting system, since Frackin' Universe does add a few additional star systems, and also changes some frequencies at which stars are generated.

BTW, if you need to loosen some starting system requirements, then my Modular Starting Systems collection, of which this mod is part of, should have you covered. You might also wish to try out some of the mods within my Realistic Cosmos Collection , which includes many mods that should help make starting system candidates far more common, with TrueSpace being included among them.
