I wasn't enemies with the empire at least (+34) but they dont send any tribute collectors for 2 winters ! As for relying to honor quests, I learned during my frustations that the initial honor quest will only trigger as long as I am in the first year with 3 pawns. Since I'm doing puppeteer run, I went in solo for years at least until I get my psylink neuroformer !

I ended up installing the Perry Persistent Storyteller from Vanilla Expanded Series which guarantees multiple events per day and save scummed for a honor quest. And then at the same day I received my first honor for completing a mission, the damn tribute collector arrived -_-

@Haperki I don't think that's possible, normally you're only able to request caravans if you're allied. Plus you can't gift stuff to the tribute collector for rep anyways, only honour.

@VitaKaninen are you sure you don't need a pawn with a title to give gifts at an imperial settlement?

The tribute collector should come by 2x per year as long as you are not hostile with them. If they are hostile, give them gifts in order to raise goodwill, and click the reward preferences button in any quest window to make sure that goodwill is enabled as a quest reward for the empire.

You can send gifts by visiting them with a caravan or by using a drop pods. You do not need a title or to be on good terms in order to gift them things.

Bro, can you make it so that you don't need to be allied with the empire to be able to call a tribute collector ? Say lorewise the purpose of calling them is to make them an ally, since we're about to give them gold or prisoners.

My puppeteer run is stunted because these cucks are not giving me honor quests nor sending in tribute collectors. I kept 3 prisoners for 2 years already !

Shame, wish it were possible for other factions. I tend to get the Empire more than the other ones as tribute collector's.

It only patches the Empire faction.

Does this work for modded factions that have their own tribute collector (I.E. Dead Man's Switch), or only for Royalty's Empire?
