@andre.dz something is 6x faster when you divide the time taken by 6. If a car is 6x faster, it takes 1/6th the time to cover the same distance; if an animation is 6x faster, it takes 1/6th the time to complete.

Why is it a correct usage of "x faster"?

Let's say they were 7km and in vanilla we had a 1 km/s speed. Thus it takes 7 seconds.
Does "6x faster" mean "x+6x" because "faster" means an addition to the already existing speed?

As opposed to 6x speed/6x as fast?

Does exactly what it's supposed to. Thank you! Often in late game I refuse to attend tourneys because all the transitions made me way too annoyed. Cheers to you for fixing that.

Erm ackshually if it was 6 times faster it'd be 1.16 seconds instead of 1. To be truly only 1 second it needs to be renamed to 7x faster :nerd:
