描述
Cuts down transitions for tournaments and chariot races from 7.3 seconds to 1.2
See the video for the comparison.

It's very simple, but I'd rather it was fast than fancy.

For modders:
Only overwrites three widgets and a template
widget_pivotal_moment_event_window
widget_pivotal_moment_event_window_small
event_window_transition_widget
PivotalMomentTransitionAnimation

Doesn't need an update, works on 1.15

why on gods green earth did the devs think making you look at hte same images over and over for 7 seconds during tournaments was good UX
