Yes. Best method is to remove the hoppers and seal the gaps. Make where they were into the tank.

Then, you add the basic pumping system.

I fixed it don't worry. I just uninstalled stormworks and then reinstalled it.

@InfiniteRM make sure your Stormworks content file is not locked. Pretty sure you can find that out in the downloads area of Steam.

No. You need a mining rig. It can take in ore from the top and from the sides.
