okay, so there is a weird thing i found. on the human spritesheet, there are sprites for cybernetic and severed limbs, but they never appear ingame. is this an issue on my side or a bug?

Barocode unfortunately has its limitations, the different implant channels have to apply a named affliction that each trigger checks for depending on its "channel". There's not actually a wifi channel involved

I might be able to do something similar and let you swap between channels, though I doubt this alleviates the random crewmate blowing up your hostages problem, and the implants would always have fixed channels that have to be set in stone by the mod so the amount of channels you get to choose from are quite limited anyway

so wouldnt it be better to instead form them into one wifi detonator / trigger? like instead of having a det/trigger for each channel, why not have the wifi component UI pop up on the bomb so you can type in a channel of your choosing, and then when its sown up, have the wifi UI pop up on the detonator (or whichever one is the one you hold in your hand) and only make it detonate the bomb if its channel matches? or is it a code problem?

every time I want to add a new wifi channel it requires 2 new items and 3 new afflictions as well as changes to existing ones, which is kind of a pain

Would it be possible to change the implanted bombs to have configurable wifi channels like wifi components? as is, its way too easy for any random crewmate to craft all 3 of the triggers and blow up your hostages prematurely.

limb severing is a thing in this mod
its a little too easy to fix though
all you have to do is "inject" the arm on whatever limb is missing an arm in the health hud and that's basically it
you don't even have to do a surgical incision

What about the idea of severing a limb? For example, in the event of a shooting or explosion, a crew member's arm is torn off, and the doctor must sew up the wound, lift the severed arm, and sew it back on in a calm environment after the battle.

ah okay i figured to ask i have been eyeing this mod up for a bit because i do want to try Neurotrauma for abit but none of my pals do so i figured this would be a good second option do let me know when that is a feature

make a surgical incision, then use the bomb on it in the health menu along with a remote implant trigger, which looks like a wifi component. then trigger the bomb using a remote trigger that matches the wifi component's channel that you gave them

Am I going crazy or are the healing and stasis pods gone? They disappeared from my ship when I updated and are no longer present anywhere in game. The patch notes don't indicate anything was changed.

Works great with ai, like you said it's just surgery they won't do. I've also noticed that the ai won't heal themselves fully from what I can tell. But aslong as they can stop themselves from bleeding out from a small pinch I'm glad

Neurolite no longer overrides human.xml so it should be perfectly okay to use it with mods like hungry europans

I love this, because neurotrauma is just way too autistic (tho I'm sure it's fun with a full crew, but solo/2 player is just way too much)
But I'd love to know if you have an idea about which (if any) NT patches with the other big mods are required to get them to play along nicely with neurolite?
I know of hungry europan, because without the HE NT patch then beds cannot be slept in, but I also don't know if it's going to break a bunch of other things
