some things to note -
Loved the use of the old pistol
a pink plasma rifle!
Kill the prophet triggers too early if you go backwards from the opening to the last room
So goddamn many elites, I was stuck in several of the corridors on Heroic basically going in and out of cover trying to wittle down the 7 elites in my way.
Some of the spaces could do with a little more populating, some visual story telling. especially the bits you pass through on the tank which atm just feel like enemy junctions.
some of the map geometry is unwrapped badly, it just needs a UV pass really!
Map scale is perfect, openness galore.
I specifically adore the Banshee fly-over after you exit the door to the outside post-first island interior.
The new Plasma rifle variations were likewise great, wish the purple version was in the base games lol.
About the ending being a bit "slow." I'd recommend shoving some more dialogue in during the tank section, perhaps some more enemies?, the ride isn't worsened by the length itself, more-so the absence of story. Feels a tad empty, if more was goin' on it'd be to-par with the intro. (should shove some Banshees in there too, couple barricades as well).
All in all, outstanding work Quagmirian, I do hope you continue your campaign in the modding community.
With some refinement, you will be the perfect custom-campaign creator I wished existed.

We play every game on MCC and have a dedicated collection, it's on my profile and linked in the Discord.
with the original voice actors and some special made sound ques i wouldnt be able to tell this was even a mod.
It's also surprising how well CE assets look in H2 engine
Critiques:
- Indoor encounters at times feel copy and pasted
- Minor visual polish needed for rock faces, which could use more beveling to make triangles less apparent
Was cool to get a tank segment and finally being able to fight hunters was neat. Also liked the return of the Halo 1 Magnum and the 2 reskinned Plasma rifles.
For feedback, during vehicle segments the AI was often spawned standing still facing away from me allowing a few to many easy cheap kills before they could get to their vehicles and turrets. Also the ending needs some work, the Prophet doesn't defend itself.
Overall, it took me 25 minutes on Normal so not bad, it could do with a tougher gauntlet at the end and some fixing up in parts but I'd take that over mods that bump up weapon damage and health for everything having 10 minute segments without any checkpoints. So well done.
