It's alright, I made a small ES patch for myself. Ammo box from this mod works just fine with your patch so it my be just my game showing character idk.
Thank you for responding so quickly.

It seems to work fine for me. You must have a mod installed that's adding a script to the container, or modifying it in some way that could make it incompatible.

Seems to not work with Metal Cargo Cratre from "N7 Arsenal: A Mass Effect Mod" for some reason oO

Just tested and seems to be working fine now.

I'll test it when I have an opportunity.

I pushed an update that hopefully fixes this issue. If you are still crashing when interacting with the machine, break it and re-place it so that it can properly reload its data.

Worth noting that, because this is an oSB post-load patch, the affected arcade machine remains broken and causes crashes until removed and placed again; just unsubbing from the patch is not enough.

This is breaking Plushbound+. When installed together, the patching of PBp's "plobball machine" triggers a non-existent asset exception:
[15:21:38.545] [Error] Exception caught loading asset: /interface/chests/chest3.config, (AssetException) Could not read JSON asset /interface/chests/chest3.config
Caused by: (AssetException) No such asset '/interface/chests/chest3.config'

(AssetException) Error loading asset /interface/chests/chest3.config

Openbound continuing to be the best way to play Starbound I see, lol

Yes. If that patch does more than just give more slots and a script to support enhanced storage, you may need to keep it.
Dudeknightz 2 月 25 日 上午 11:08
You should probably keep the SCS stations patch if you have it, because it also adds stuff that isn't included in this mod

Alright, thank you! Appreciate the response!

You don't need to uninstall any patches, but if you do, make sure you either empty your containers for that mod and pick them up first (if you know what mod they came from), or do a full universe reset including your shipworld. Which means you'll lose everything that was on them but now this mod will work without any issues. Again it's completely fine that you keep those patches installed, they just aren't necessary anymore with this for containers that get added to whatever mod.

So as long as I don't uninstall any patches, it'll be fine? Don't mean to be redundant, this is just not something I want to mess up so I need to triple clarify

If you already have a patch, it won't change anything for them. It will only change containers that weren't patched for enhanced storage. And yes it could potentially cause issues when you go to open a container that you used to have a patch for because the slot count will likely be different. Possibly you could break the container and place it back down? Though I haven't tested that.

If I already have a few mod patches installed and install this, will it break any preexisting containers? Would removing said patches after installing this break it like in the description? Thanks ^^

ok,thx
☯ James ☪  [作者] 2 月 23 日 上午 2:18
@Hyperdino I changed the script to ignore containers that have any script at all. Let me know if this breaks some other mod and I will make more changes to fix it.
☯ James ☪  [作者] 2 月 23 日 上午 2:16
This will patch any normal container for any mod you install, no other patches needed.
洛晨羽 2 月 22 日 下午 6:32
Does this mean that Enhanced Storage will only need this one patch in the future?
Hyperdino 2 月 22 日 下午 5:56
Just found out that this mod breaks Growing Trays. It changes their UI to that of a normal storage and the "Smashing Keeps Items" function just ends up deleting all items inside upon placing the tray back down.
