This mod only changes the original planets that are included in the game. It will not have any effect on other modded planets.
Additional planets will need to have a Better Stone compatibility patch.

Is this compatible with modded planets or does a patch have to be created for each one? I was hoping to play Major Jon’s new planets.

It works with existing saves. If you didn't use the mod before then the old ore locations will just disappear. Any voxels that have been altered will stay unless the voxels are reset with the admin menu. I recommend to make a backup save before testing the mod.
