@CryptoSpartan I haven't tested it yet but I don't think there were any changes that should be relevant so probably.
If it does or doesn't let me know and I will update the tag and description.

Is there a load order to follow? I currently have EBG above CMF which is above the Compatch but it does not seem that EBG is visible in the UI

That's true. In 1.9.5 the mod could still work sometimes, but after updating to the 1.9.6 , it completely stopped working.

I'm putting EBG and this compmod at the bottom of my load order, but for some reason it's still not loading. I have E&F, Morgenrote; Hail! Columbia, and Mandate of Heaven loaded that is all using CMF.

@Bahmut, I tested just the CMF, EBG, and the CMF-EBG compatch in this order and doesn't show the infrastructure and tax capacity at the bottom of the buildings tab.
