If those changes important for you, you can change them easily yourself :) Just add these rooms to the mod files

I mean that it'd be amazing if the current minimum 4x4 for wards were 4x3 instead! Would be great when trying to making individual single-bed patient rooms, each marked as an individual room. Observation rooms, too!
Other ideas are cleaning closets 2x3 -> 2x2, CAG rooms 5x5 -> 5x4, and both cardiography and sonography units 5x4 -> 5x3.
These are of course only suggestions, and I'm already very thankful for what the mod provides! Cheers!

What exactly do you mean with smaller wards? What do you expect?
You can reduce the individual room sizes

changed the OR size from 8x6 to 7x5 and reduced the needed scrup shelfs/sinks from 3 to 2.

For the L-shapes, it is possible, you can drag from the inside of an existing room to expand it size.
Thats why i changed the common rooms, to fit common rooms and cleaning cupboard inside a 6x5 area.

Great mod. I really dislike that the game restricts you from building in any other way than rectangular shapes. Often I would like to build in L-shapes for room optimization.

Could you ad the OR with smaller size? That would be much appreciated.
