@Nectarius I don't think I can adjust the starting representatives based on the randomly chosen population per se, but I've removed the one from the associated "vanilla" minor pop and given a small temporary boost to the political party of the random faction, so they should be competitive in the first election.

I'm not sure if this can be fixed but, the system representatives do not match the political party of the random starting population. It uses the party of the vanilla population. Ex. United Empire will still have industrialists and militarists from the Yuusho that they receive in vanilla.
