Random Minor Citizens [ESG]

Randomizes the faction of minor population units granted at the start of the game, and via events.

The base game adds an initial minor population unit to the home system of various factions in a fixed manner: the Lumeris always get one unit of Gnashast, the Sophons get Pilgrims, Horatio Z'vali, etc. There is additionally a random event that always gives two Kalgeros units, and another that gives one Haroshem.

This patch randomizes the minor faction granted, to add a little extra variety to your games. You might get Sefaloros, Galvrans, Mavros, or any of the other existing minor factions. Factions that are added by DLC such as the Sisters of Mercy, Illo and Basryxo may show up so long as the corresponding content is enabled.

The tooltip text has localizations for Chinese, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. Any corrections or if you're able to provide other translations, please let me know.

This is the ESG compatible version of the original mod (to be loaded after ESG). It should not be used together with the original one.
