That being said, really nice character can't wait to see where it goes! And feel free to disregard my suggestions if you don't think they're good! It's your character after all!
His remote burst is amazing for combo extension in theory but falls flat since it always sends the opponent into the air where Burstomancer's moves can't cover well. Both flail and kick move Burstomancer when using them which makes the moves feel unwieldy and elbow crush I feel as though should have a bigger slider to give more DI to the move (There were multiple times where Elbow Crush was unusable because I was too close or too far from the opponent).
I think kick and flail should have at least some overlapping hitboxes in order to do a DI 50/50 (Either the opponent DIs up or down to break Bursto's combos) because as it stands most of the time the opponent can DI one way and force you to use remote burst to keep your combo which saps away at the burst bar leaving little to no burst after the combo which is kind of a death sentence since Bursto's normals are mediocre.

Perhaps using the whole meter to cast it some distance away as an offensive option, like a high-risk high-reward thing...
