描述

Codex is recommended.
Short little guy that uses his Burst meter for special moves and otherwise throws some mf HANDS.
Can regain Burst using Speed Charge, which returns Burst proportional to their velocity.
Using Stockpile, you can store Burst to either use later or launch yourself towards your opponent.

I wouldn't consider this guy done just yet. Their moveset is still pretty thin. However, I'm plumb out of ideas for what to add, so I'm putting them out here for feedback. I'll probably update them eventually after getting some.

It might've just been me not having to burst much cuz ig that'd set u back and make u want to speed charge a lot

I'll consider adding a level 3 super or two, yeah. Maybe an offensive level 1 super as well. I thought Stockpile and Speed Charge would be enough, but I guess not.

I find myself with 9 super often with him. He should have one or two more supers. Maybe 3 super to drain the opponent's burst by 10% or 3 super + some burst storage to set up a burst cluster bomb or like a mega burst punch.

Yo, sorry for not updating this guy like, ever. My YOMI phase sorta fizzled out. I'll probably have a hell of a lot more free time as summer rolls around, though, so maybe I'll work on him a bit more.
