Hello, yes indeed it is the opal shaders. They can be found on the workshop.

i think its using the new shader mod that's come out. either that or it's rendered in blender

@TTHowler, As the person who made the challenge, I would like to explain the situation here real quick: at the start, I underestimated the size of the ships and with it, how much time it would take to build them, as this was my first challenge. It was also very unusual, as not many challenges are made for such large vessels. I realised we would have to extend the deadline quite a bit halfway through, but I couldn't extend it enough for some people, as there was a loooot of pressure from others to get it done (believe me).

@chezy, I have a certain feeling the creator already knows, and you should know that there might be many, many reasons for why it is so - maybe they didn't know what to add, didn't have time or just felt burnt out of this project... not like you would know, as it seems you have never tried to do anything like the creator has done here, yet you still act entitled enough to type this message.
