@Hey, Mister!!! No, the Hard Rain cans are a separate kind of thing. They’re toggled on and off with a cvar rather than being an in game prop that can be picked up and interacted with. This mod only affects interactive props

Y'know, this does add another neat difficulty to the game, forces you to be more careful during horde and SI attacks during either scavenge or trying to set up a trap.
