Shoot held gascans and propane tanks

Have you ever seen a teammate carrying a gas can, propane tank, or other useful item, and wondered "how can I ruin this guys day for no reason whatsoever?". This mod is the answer you've been looking for.

Here's how it works:
1) You damage your teammate who is holding an item
2) The item gets dropped and ent-killed, removing it instantly
3) Based on which item it was, an effect is triggered

Technically, you aren't actually shooting the item they're carrying, and it will still trigger from behind when you don't hit the visible model of the item. But for the purpose of annoying your friends or being a troll it gets the job done.

The effects are as follows

Gas Can/Fireworks: a fire is created at the survivors feet, igniting the area around them

Propane Tank: the survivor carrying the Propane, all nearby survivors, and all nearby infected are staggered and will take moderate damage

Oxygen Tank: the survivor carrying the oxygen, all nearby survivors, and all nearby infected in a smaller area are staggered and will take light damage. In addition, any common infected in a slightly larger range will rush and attack the survivor holding the oxygen.

In some rare cases, it is possible to shoot the item as it is being dropped. I was only able to replicate this with a shotgun against a survivor holding a gas can, and it wasn't consistent. All it does is make an extra fire at their feet.

There's no effect for a survivor carrying Gnome Chompski or Cola Bottles (to avoid screwing up the achievement/event), however some custom campaigns might use specific items that end up being deleted by this mod. I can't make any guarantees, but just keep it in mind.
