Very very cool, I honestly like this more than the retail version of Ravenholm overall, the lighting in particular makes the level a lot clearer and easier to understand. Maybe that's a bit unfair to HL2 because this mod is almost 20 years newer lol, but still, nice work.

Neat to see the restored digger sequence too, I could never quite imagine what that would have looked like if they finished it. It's always been pretty obvious to me why the section was cut, that cramped environment is never going to look or feel great as a vehicle sequence, but your version at least looks pretty nice with the rock destruction and such.

По поводу любых глюков с прохождением, отсутствием фраз - проблема не с моей стороны. В воркшопе появилось огромное количество модов ломающих прохождение кастомных карт и даже оригинальной игры. Как правило все они требуют загрузки мода Script Multiloader. Рекомендую отключать такие моды перед прохождением моей кампании.

В целом, мод мне понравился и хочется ещё. Не уверен, что видел пасхалку, но находил револьвер в начале игры и всякие расходники после.
Без гравипушки играется иначе, но ловушки компенсируют это. Если они были изначально задуманы Valve, то жаль, что их вырезали.
Диггер выглядит недоработанным, но это ведь просто оригинальная модель, верно?
Он иногда цепляется за балки, но это не критично.

Dude. Amazing work on this add-on man! this was probably the best remaster of ravenholm ive seen... EVER! You and the people you worked with are really talented and i hope to see more content made by you in the future.

P.S. The best part of this whole thing was the bear traps. Seeing a zombie get sent to the next county over with the one on the ramp was incredible

Thanks! These early voice lines originates from Valve. The sanctuary is Eli Maxwell's underground lab, which is technically another chapter. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time and information to create a cave leading to it.

just finished playing this, best hl2 campaign I ever played, the traps are beutifal, better than the final ones by 3 times (in my opinion). the level are gorgeous too, also I like the more sane Father Grigori much more that the final one, if the lines are custom respect to the guy who voiced them. Also will it be more large or will it always end on the entrance of the snactuary?

Everything about this mod is fantastic, LOVED the traps, way better than retail, and it was so easy to follow the maps, I didn't get lost once, just a solid smooth play-through. I genuinely have no complaints at all.. 10/10 :bms_crowbar::headcrab:

Сама карта есть (town_03), но упомянутая тобою её версия была более поздней, она сильно изменена специально для презентации e3, там еще были комбайны и гравипушка. В эту презентацию можно поиграть например в моде Missing Information. Но отношения к сюжету она не имеет.

А на картах есть этот дом из трейлера, где ты можешь подвинут стиралку, чтобы подпереть дверь и стрельнут в автомат с напитками, чтобы они по лестнице повалились и физические жалюзи? Или я это всё просто не нашёл?

The environmental storytelling and the characterization of Grigori and the town through props and detailing alone already makes this a far superior version of Ravenholm than what we got!

It made me appreciate how much the Gravity Gun might have actually been a curse in disguise!
It turned one of the coolest levels into a playground for a weapon that invalidates the necessity of the rest of the weapons roster! (I, myself, have already beaten the original game on hard with only the crowbar and the gravity gun... It`s that easy and dominant of a strategy...).

I really wish there was a way to integrate this vision of Ravenholm back into the main campaign!

The level design here is superb! My favorite aspect is how exploration was actually rewarded, and you actually had to think a little bit now and then, not just mindlessly shoot!
