I have the same bug. Neither Barney nor Alyx are moving. The console commsnd: "ent_teleport npc_alyx" helps Alyx to open the door, but then they still stand still.

map d1_town_05 (cinematic version) I keep crashing before my game transfers to that map with or without mods.
