Cinematic Mod: Episode One has been ported to workshop.

Requirement:

There are requirements to play the mod. Refer to Cinematic Mod (Half-Life 2) page for more information.

This also requires following launch options in Half-Life 2's Steam properties: +r_hunkalloclightmaps 0 -vulkan

Select Half-Life 2: Episode Two in the main menu before starting the mod to load necessary materials. This mod runs through Episode Two.

Having Cinematic Mod (Half-Life 2) subscribed to is not required.

Is alyx fully modelled still?

Something has been updated, Barney and the weapon began to look like from subscriptions. The bug remains.
Using console commands, I went further and Alyx followed me. When I opened the gate with the valve, Alyx began to move and hid behind the gate. The battle began without Strider. With the help of console commands, I went through the battle and found Strider. Alyx started moving and we left city17. Barney remained on the platform with the rebels.

Brotherhoodpaladin2012!
I have the same bug. Neither Barney nor Alyx are moving. The console commsnd: "ent_teleport npc_alyx" helps Alyx to open the door, but then they still stand still.
I can't go any further to the final battle with Strider.
