can this work without NSO

The signals are too close to the tracks, trains tend to snag on them and get damaged heavily

Does not seem to work in a dedicated server, NSO itself loads, and the map changes take place, but no command gives a response, and traffic lights do not appear. does anyone have any fixes?

Frequently throws error on save load. Line 6391 malformed pattern (ends with %)
