The CIWS always works for me. also, the RADAR can only properly detect relatively not-small vehicles (Missiles are vehicles however 1x6 missiles are hard to detect). It does not shoot at bullets or rockets, you probably know that.

why does each rocket pod use a different button? is it for launching multiple rockets at once?

buddy... i know all that, and i got the dlc's for SW and i know its for close in weapons like cruise missiles and attack aircraft, can bet my 5billion brain cells that it's not working.

Keep in mind they are Close-In Weapon Systems, designed for nearby incoming threats, not main offensive.

@General TEF:

1) Did you turn on both key buttons at the monitoring officer station?

2) Do you have weapons dlc enabled?

3) Was the target within 1-2 Km?

4) Was the target closing in?

does the CIWS on it even work anymore? i still remember it not shooting down missiles at all nor prop aicraft few weeks ago
