There is a Mod that adds special items that, if you beat children with them, their Skills and Learning increase, but none of them add those as actual weapons with which you can hurt Raiders.

Any chance at all of adding a belt,ruler or a switch?

In RW, you can make this by taking a single log and carving it into a thin stick. For extra psychological impact, make the Pawn choose their own stick. In RL, it's just a small tree branch.
