That is incredibly helpful I might be able to fix it

So I verified the integrity of the game files and the bug persisted, and what seems to happen is that I think the skull is still tracking the movement of the corpse but is moving with the player when they respawn.

From my experience it bugs out after dying once. I could try verifying the game files but if the same issue persists I'll update you on it.

I've seen a couple people have that problem but I haven't been able to recreate it
Does going in and out of the ready room customiser fix it?

I have a bug that causes the skull to float in the air above my operator and not connected to the body. I'm reinstalling the mod to see if that's the issue but it seems pretty prevalent. It doesn't occur in the customization menu but in actual gameplay.
