I've added the electrical node, resubscribe to fix.

as the other guy said the vertical breech feeder cant work without electricity but is missing at electric node connection.

the verticle breech feeder has no electric connection

@koro I think I figured it out, example:

The Feeder is A, Breech/Connector Cap is B, the connector you wish to transfer the shell to is C. So its A<B<C

A and B have to be on the same subgrid in order to work, and the ends of B and C that make contact with each other require the connector cap in order to work.

Not sure if anything I said makes sense but I hope it helps.

What about a sort of rotary table for ammo kind of like a ring of ammunition with a single block space in the middle where you could put a pivot or what not. Then you make like the whole surface of it a connector piece so you can pick up ammunition when facing in any direction.

Could you maybe add a M2 Browning.

@Koro That setup seems to work, just make sure you have the directions right and you are using the battle cannon end cap. I just confused myself by using the autocannon one.

@Ghandi can I maybe use this in an upcoming server project?

having a breech > breech feeder > connector end cap will not work? does that fall under the mod limitations? asking because i tried that exact setup and it will not take shells from another connector on a different (or even same) subgrid

Yes the animation is not correct that is a limit in what moders can do

vertical breech battle cannon opens it's breech kinda the wrong way. it's where it should be on a regular cannon, but the model looks like it's intended to open downwards

and any other WWII themed weaponry, please make that a separate mod, i think i might just go with vath's parts instead

@its over, no you can't so many people think modders can add new features but we can only reuse existing ones i think the devs should put this at the top of the next newsletter post so people stop asking

If you just want to add this mod as a requirement then sure.

you can make it just the damage and fire rate is the same because you can make the model make it a block and add the sound but it will just be a normal machine gun under the hood

Because if not done right then a mod can execute any code on your pc

when are we gonna be allowed to actually mod stuff??!! like yknow so you can add new stuff and such, it's kinda of weird they allowed everything except the real thing we needed

If you don't see parts or there are any problems try resubscribing first. If that doesn't work put the problem here and ill see if I can fix it.

Could we get a few new parts?

I'm thinking:
- An Inverted Longitudinal Connector Corner, where the connector is on the longitudinal axis
- A shorter Longitudinal Straight piece
- A standard direction double sided connector to make better "slip rings"

that mg belt is ridiculous lol
