- I'd consider reducing the number of test cases, but I like the ones I've included. It takes my PC about 3 mins to run through all of them on my fastest machine. That's a long time, but I think it works for a puzzle this good.
- I'd consider making the goals less aggressive. Feedback would help.

---- My fastest solution now runs in an average of 2093.16 2057.75 2014.66 1996.58 1982.58 1980.00 steps.
---- I set the goal to be 1560 pt and 2400 steps because I was able to achieve both in a single solution. (Actually, my 1300 pt. solution is also under 2400 steps, but that one is somewhat "extreme" in how I save expense. My faster solutions cost more. For example, my 1980.00 step solution costs 1740 pt.)
