Conway's Game of Life
If a cell is "■" it is alive, otherwise it is dead.
Rules: If a living cell has 2 or 3 live neighbors, it stays alive, otherwise it dies. If a dead cell has exactly 3 living neighbors, it turns alive. "Neighbors" are the 8 cells around a cell.
Simulate I_GEN generations.

Wow! You got it done in 1220 pt? That's amazing. I'd love to see that. Good luck getting the speed better too! Makes me wish I had been more aggressive on the goals now.

My first solution has 1220 pt / 3918.83 steps. So there seems to be some room for improvement ...

This is my first workshop item ever for any game. Would love some feedback.

- I'd consider reducing the number of test cases, but I like the ones I've included. It takes my PC about 3 mins to run through all of them on my fastest machine. That's a long time, but I think it works for a puzzle this good.

- I'd consider making the goals less aggressive. Feedback would help.
---- My cheapest solution costs 1310 1300 pt.
---- My fastest solution now runs in an average of 2093.16 2057.75 2014.66 1996.58 1982.58 1980.00 steps.
---- I set the goal to be 1560 pt and 2400 steps because I was able to achieve both in a single solution. (Actually, my 1300 pt. solution is also under 2400 steps, but that one is somewhat "extreme" in how I save expense. My faster solutions cost more. For example, my 1980.00 step solution costs 1740 pt.)
