hidden badwater sources under the ruins in the middle. very cheap. do not recommend.

Good map. completed normal, Folktails.
Had to really priorities water to start. I used a lot of dynamite to divert water off the waterfall and create a usable area at the top.

The mines are really close together? I only used one, was it meant so one could be efficient the other regular? My vision is not good enough to play Frostpunk but I tried, I don't remember the mines in that being right beside each other if that was the reference. I was just curious.

The Badtides make this map ROUGH. Super amazing, and completely unintentional (given the release date), challenge map!

I made a dam across the river's source, but on cycle 8, the drought hit and all the water I had stored just VANISHED, even the river is basically empty

Idk if it is a bug in the base game or if it just affects this map, but the latter third of the river transmuted into bad water when the bad tide began even though the bad water had all been diverted. Also, at the end of the drought, water teleported through the closed flood gates and raised the water level in the river while the reservoirs were refilling.

I have a suspicion this is difficult to beat on hard mode with the water sources in the centre and everything

This map was so much fun! Once I established my colony in the basin and had completely dealt with the drought and bad tides I got the idea to move everything to the top level and then completely flood the bowl which took forever but was awesome to see.

Bad tides on this map must be devastating :o

The Bober.. Must Survive...

First time i played this map on custome difficulty. Was hit with 22 days drought after 5 days in. Had to cull half of my beavers to ration the water and food.
Real Frostpunk vibes here. can reccomend

I normally don't download maps, but I love Frostpunk, and I love beavers. I saw this and thought it reminded me of FP, then I read it and it's based on it, lmao. Subsscribed.

made it 20 cycles with Emberpelts until I accidentally flooded the middle of the map in process of making a tower so i could pipe water around the map, bad tide happened and had no way to cure contamination. 100 beaver and hrs gone in a instant, just like Frostpunk. Highly recommend

Did it on extra hard. Made it to 45 cycles and had to sacrifice my little city in the middle of the third-in-a-row 28-day long bad water/drought to create the rebirth machine. Was a little sad....

Played this map as Folktails on hard mode. My endgame was moving all beavers from the middle bottom up top and then creating a massive lake in the middle. Unfortunately, this wasn't working due to the amount of water created by the water sources. I added two more up top and 4/5 more in the middle. Good map, but could do with a little more water.

Did this one on normal with iron teeth. I totaly miss there was water sources in the middle of the iron pillars so I was hit with 2 BW sessions but as they was short I could recupe. Good that the water extenstion mod have 3x3 covers so I could plug the sources untill I hade removed all of the irion

All we need now is a Frost Mod

Map is a little too easy with all the iron centrally placed. But considering it is more heavy on the theme rather than gameplay it is excusable.
