if your up to the task of modeling it, or finding a model for it, the wilcox RAAM GSS might be a better looking/more realistic option than the current (realistic) mount + red dot sight. still lovin the mod either way though!

idk why but my grenade launcher sights look wierd. but like... its so cool to use lol. you just search for it in the equipment menu. select it, and when you're ready to turn some spetznas into red-pink-ish goop you click and enjoy the slaughter... lol

definately prefer the new version of the sight! just wish again that it was an offset sight so that you could use it without other optics getting in the way, please DO keep working on it!

i know that the canted aiming mod has 1 attachment that can be put on siderails, and used/swapped to like a normal sight instead of going through the grenade menu, perhaps you could look there and/or message them to figure out how that works?
