Thank you! Balance is a very high priority when I'm designing nations - ideally any one of them would be perfectly at home in an otherwise vanilla lobby. I agree that Expropriation's underpriced, by the way. I'll take a look at it.

I think the Expropriation spell should be 20 slaves and then this might be the most interesting actually balanced with vanilla mod nation I've ever seen. Respect

I designed them before realizing #luck isn't an available unit tag, so they're sacred as a placeholder until that gets added. I have requested it, so here's hoping Illwinter listens.

Yeah, that's intentional. The tag's mostly there for flavor, but you can also take an Obfuscate bless and use them like Dryads.

@fxknight You're correct, though it's got some influences from Burgundy and general medieval mercenary/bandit culture as well.

Am I mistaken in thinking that this is based at least somewhat on early Renaissance Italy or Sicily? It has a kind of Borgias-meets-fantasy feel. (Which is a good thing... original, and fun.)
