@lluewhyn Probably just a Steam workshop issue. Just use a USB drive to copy the Blacklist Venice copy on your laptop over to your desktop.

Was this somehow removed? I managed to download this to my laptop, but can't get a copy on my desktop even when I unsubscribe and resubscribe.

Didn't think of that actually. I personally don't play with City-States. Regardless of the reasoning though, problem solved.

I agree with the other commenter. It's not the gimmick of being unable to settle new cities, it is those moments when ai Venice takes over city states that really make you mad

There were a lot of times when I was upset that Venice had taken over all the surrounding city-states. Since then, when I met Venice, I declared war for the first time. Good mod. Finally, I'm back to peace.
