The game has a helmet cam (can't remember the keybind off the top of my head but it's ctrl+del/home/insert or something like that)

this mod doesnt seem to work. im using an unmodded carrier and under the equipment tab there is no bodycam

(and as for your helmetcam question, unfortunately attachments for helmets can'd be changed. But there IS a helmetcam ingame, you need to go to the debug menu and click the camera dropdown)

Hmm... selecting the ZEPCAM T2 in the grenades equipment option doesn't toggle it... is this intended?

Also a helmet camera would be cool!
