I like the idea of this but have the same problem as I do with DSMP: too much High grav. The balance of planets is skewed too heavily towards high g resulting in the high grav perk being effectively the best early game perk.

Any thoughts on making a non DSMP version of this? or would it be easier to make a version where the gravity distribution is more balanced?
or is there map generation options that more easily fix the distribution?

I looked at tinkering with your yamls but thought I'd try talking about it first

is there a way to make the planet upsizing tech work with the 5x addon for split tech tree? i keep trying to edit the yamls but i don't know the modding scene enough to see what's wrong
i even tried to see how DSMP adds their own tech to split tech tree but i'm just lost ;_;

Can you separate

- up to twelve planets per star system with planet distribution reworked to the higher number of possible planets (you'll now rarely see a star without any planets but on very low density systems with only one planet are still quite common )

- reduced the displayed size of planets in the solar system and also reduced the distance they need from each other so even several big planets fit (this should prevent the being stuck in the loading screen)

Into a different mod?

The "ColonyStructureTypes.yaml" of this mod has no interstellar_stock_exchange entry...

just to check: the folder of this mod has the number 3342449037

"ColonyStructureTypes.yaml" has an invalid entry. The last entry interstellar_stock_exchange needs to be deleted or commented out. This results in the game not starting after race selection.

Can you tell me exactly which settings you used? I tested up to Brobdingnagian size with different settings and did not experience any freezes.

I wasn't able to create a game with these mods in any larger settings, which is a shame because it's a great mod, although it would be sufficient for me for a larger number of planets and their size.

Unbelievable! You managed to do something no one else has ever done before. Your mod works perfectly and is compatible with all the others I'm using! The galaxy is now filled with planets, and every star has so many planets.

I found the issue. Reinstalled UCP manually from the ZIP file and it works now.

I tested dozens of different ones and haven't found one that doesn't. Could you please tell me which ones you're trying and what other mods you have loading after this one?

this is very nice, testing this mod carefully with other mods to check for crashes or bugs. Using it together with other mods that just adds new weapons, techs but not modify nor overhaul any deep and complex systems from the core-game mechanics. :d2tidehunter:
