Necrons have been idly in progress since I started on Mechanicum, I simply never finished them. Too much of one metal color gets rather boring to draw after a while.

Any feasibility on giving us the chance to select which kind of leman russ we want to build instead of it being random?
I like that sponsons are customizable!

Also excellent range on the leman russ as well, I love that you included the annihilators. I quite miss having more of these sorts of options for 10th ed 40k.

The artillery pieces and weapon teams are fulfilling the normal ranged unit role for Guard, given that all their actual riflemen are frontline. Also, due to their sheer numbers, rear-ranked artillery would frequently just not be in range.

Uncertain if I’ll be making a Baneblade, as they’re likely too big for CoE. The Macharius is probably the largest tank I’ll do.

Most likely, the Malcador is the next tank they’ll receive- mainly because I’ve been working on a few for Solar Auxilia on tabletop!

Major update, adding the seven Leman Russ variants that weren't already in the mod, as well as majorly buffing Leman Russes in general. These changes will be mirrored for the Lost and the Damned soon, as well.

Whiteshields can be gained from the ‘conscription’ ritual. Shocktroopers can also be recruited normally, 5 at a time, or the Castellan can call full platoons of them.

I can’t do anything about the AI cheating, modders have no control over the AI beyond telling it what rituals are important.

The AI seems to be able to get a very suspicious number of priests, I suspect they are recruiting them for free. (also bug is indeed fixed for mastery)

Double Checked and yeah just the first Mastery ritual is available for first rank platoon commanders. Recognition of duty is not.

Unless it’s bugged, recognition of duty should always be available, as it’s a mastery ritual.

Nevermind previous question realised that you have it on the random chance if lose them for getting recruitment of another. As for what I can see for abilities for them: Station and recall infantrymen then whiteshields, Infantry Deployment, Outfit Vox Caster, and Conscription. At that point cannot pick up any more level 1 rituals.

‘Recognition of duty’ should allow a platoon commander to promote. I’ll check later today if there’s a bug with it.

Recruit one, like any other commander. They have a percent chance of being available for purchase every turn.

Glad you like it! It's not a huge deal if they're incompatible- like you said, I doubt anyone using one is likely to use the other. I'll probably contact you later when I'm working on Mechanicum again, as that one is more likely to be used in-tandem, once it's finished.

Hello! I had cast platoon deployment twice in a row, and had only got two shock troopers in total, with only one solder per spell cast.

This problem has now been remedied! The infantrymen of Elysium believe strongly in the words of the Uplifting Primer, and find bayonet charges to be the most efficient means of defending fortresses. However, with new direct orders issued by the officers, the venerable Cadians will properly defend walled locations when directed.

I have to report a slight problem with out local white shields and even the honored Cadian shock troopers . During sieges these troops refuse to hold the wall and will directly charge out of the front gate (often leading to massive slaughter) I have sent out adepts to investigate but both their weapons as the gates were perfectly functional . I suspect a cult of khorne has infiltrated our ranks.

Yes, the version with a relic cost and the version without are separate commander recruit rolls. It’s not a huge deal, as the rolls don’t compete, and the relic one can’t be recruited anyways- but I suppose I could edit the checks the list makes.

I just got a turn where i could recruit 2 priests , 1 for just gold (71) and 1 for gold and relics (40/30) . I didn't own a priest already so i guess something is wrong there.

Priests can be recruited for just gold as long as you don't already own a Priest
