Also would mods like Project Irisil effect this since it make's races that were previously had no encounters get one
this make the Burmecians of Gaia, Kyterrans, Lamia Race, Mollopods!, Neki, Renamon Race, Shizubelle, sirene Race, Space Skunks!, and The Vesperian get a encounter that can appear in it's own Hylotl Post Office, And you can recruit them like any other villager npc

the Kitsune from what I remember has one that is a copy of the Human camp site but instead has the kitsune

none that I know of?
I don't know to much about the kitsune race mod other than that they can be in some campsites and citys?

The Kitsune NPCs you find - are they in vanilla villages? If so, I'm not going to count that.

And no, races with tenants do not count. This is specifically for races that have UNIQUE encounters you can find out in the universe.

(Also does this include races that you can find with Tenants?)
