The mediafire file is deleted, and the subscribe feature doesn't work, like it never has.

Well that makes me kinda sad. Rising Tide breaks this - you can still choose all the options except the sponsor. :(

No, in fact, I have no plans to play Rising Tide at all. Still too much I have to work on in Civ 5, and I haven't even played EL:Shadows yet.

Do you have plans to make this compatible with Rising Tide? If so, I am both excited and afraid of the what Madoka will look like if she goes with one of the Hybrid Affinities.

Last I checked, no. After putting in soundtrack functionality in Civ 5, they didn't put it in here.
Note that I haven't checked in close to a year.

one city, followed by two traders followed by industry viture tree and close to 3000 energy left with most of the wonders. I agree they're op but if you don't have energy you lose.

Stupid question--how do I get this to show up on the mod selection window? I subscribed, quit the game and restarted, but I can't get this mod to show up for me to select....

A relic of me just copy-pasting my dialog from the Civ 5 version (y'know, just like Firaxis did lololol)

In the actual "canon" I came up with in this mod, Madoka's mom may or may not be dead back on Earth. Healing-type writing!

Madoka comes begging (paraphrasing) "um... my mom got drunk and... can i borrow this so i can fix things please?" -fell out of chair laughing cause i actualy read the begging screen this time-

I'm gonna give this a good try, it looks certainly fun, I'll try to befriend Madoka even if I have to pursue the same Affinity she does.

Glad you like it. Chances of me making new BE civs are nearly zero, though I think I'll revisit the ones I did make at some point. Problem with making BE civs is that it is extremely hard to make new ones which are both balanced with the vanilla ones and are also interesting and unique, considering how low-scale the vanilla civs' UAs are.

XD All of the fun I'm having with this. I laugh everytiem. Anyways to the serious point, these mods are VERY fun to play albeit just a tad overpowered. Then again, if you make more that are around the same level of stats then you can pretty much balance it out by making an army of super powered sponsors! But thats if you find this game worthy of your attention again anytime soon. As a suggestion for whenever you feel like it: Ever thought of making the Spiral Empire from Gurren Lagann led by Kamina? ;D From one otaku to another. Anyways, all in all these mods are interesting and definitely mix the game up when you get to them so I hope to see more considering mods are what makes this game interesting! Thanks for the mods you've made so far, I appreciate the work you and other modders do!

Harmony Madoka is messed up and brilliant at the same time.
Btw, how does supremacy Madoka look? She doesnt go that route in my games.

I appreciate the free advertisement, but I'm curious as to what that author thinks about stuff like the Carribbean Axis or the Brotherhood of Nod sponsors if they think this one is OP. Or for that matter, what they think of Artist colonists, ARC's spy rush, or FrIb's tech slingshots.

I'm not changing any of the bonuses yet since I know the game is gonna be rebalanced later, but as of right now I actually consider the IHC to be rather weak.

There may be some nice qoutes from the story. I'll have to look, and then ask the author.
Most are likely to lean toward supremacy though.

oh wait, i see the problem now, have to let Leaderscene Quality to Minimum, whoops.

By the way vice, I don't see a leaderscene for either this or your outerhaven mod, is it because you forget to give them scenes for when they don't have an affinity yet? I mean, in game I can talk to them, but I just have empty space where i should be able to see the leader.

I hope you know how incredible you are for this. It is my secret shame to say that these Madoka mods are the only reason I still love to play this game. Sad that you don't plan on any more characters for Beyond Earth. I hope you change your mind. Thank you for this though!

Aha! Fantastic. I guess it does make sense. If we're their "crop" so to speak, than it would make sense to halt energy collection and focus purely on development of "infrastructure" by halting the creation of witches, allowing mg's to focus on helping develop society.
