After the destruction of the world's most populous centers by the Witch known as Walpurgisnacht -- an event known as the ''Great Mistake'' amongst normal humans, the Magical Girls of Earth decided to abandon their own planet in search of a safer world. They have now been recognized as ''intelligent beings'' by a mysterious Federation. And it is now against intergalactic law for an Incubator to allow a Magical Girl to become a Witch. The Incubators have now been relegated to merely collecting residual emotional energy from living Magical Girls. Suddenly finding themselves in a makeshift alliance, the Incubators and the Magical Girls are now working together to build a new world on an inhospitable planet.

Ability:
-1% Unhealthiness for every 300 stockpiled Energy. (Maximum of -10%)

New Colonist Type: Magical Girls
+3 Energy in every City and Specialists provide +1 Energy

New Spacecraft Type: Wishcraft
Units you control within 2 tiles of your original Capital heal 10 HP per turn, even if the units are not fortified.

New Cargo Type: Incubator Archives
Begin with the Genetics technology.


Contains a standard leaderscene, as well as leaderscenes for all of the Affinities -- both low-level (4+) and high-level (10+)!


KNOWN ISSUES (these are Firaxis's fault, not mine!)

1. You will only see a leaderscene if you set your Leaderscene Quality to Minimum in your graphical settings.
2. No soundtrack yet. For now we're back to the old GAK days of having to edit core files to allow for custom music, and I'm really not wanting to go down that path again.
