I like the idea that the tier one subs are all faction associated and later on down the road in tier two and three there's subs that either are or aren't factional, and/or only used by one faction. My personal headcanon is that the Humpback and the Orca are the only tier two multi-factional submarine on Europa because it's so old. The Orca II is a coalition exclusive, the Azimuth too. The Typhon class also being coalition affiliated, while the Herja is the attack sub of the Separatists. The R-29 "Big Rig" is either Separatist or no affiliation. The Berillia always felt neutral to me T.B.F, same with the Remora and Winterhalter. The Kastrull is like the final Separatist factional sub.

yeah i noticed that about agent aswell, at first i thought it was my mods conflicting

I did a double check on the Agent since I had the inability of making it descend and after reviewing it in the editor.
The Agent is unable to descend since the ballast level wasn't adjusted for the front ballast conversion into a med bay the nav terminal is still set on a neutral level of 0.5230
Also if you look at the hull layouts the reactor square is largely spilling into the ballast. When you properly adjust the hull square to the size of the ballast however you'd need an astronomically high neutral ballast level above 0.874 with the sole ballast but that would make this submarine sink like a rock with even minor leaks and also ascend absurdly fast when emptying its solo tank as the higher the value the more "weight" water has on the sub unfortunately it would need a minor design of say an enlargment of the rear ballast or reintroducing the frontal ballast in a shrunk down form

encountering a weird problem with Hermanni (clown sub). the front ballast has a weird air/water thing going on where there's a wall of water that counts as outside the sub and you can't escape it if you enter
