报告翻译问题
It's still on my list to update, but as the holidays are coming up, I don't expect it to be done this year.

It's clearly stated in the title and description for which version this mod will work, I've not had the opportunity yet to update this mod. The recent update/DLC broke pretty much all the mods, so only the most recently updated will most likely work. You can check here for my working mods, some include new characters.
I just tried the stranger character mod and things loaded okay at first until you try to select the character cause the next thing you know the game crashes if you try to pick a weapon for it.
What kind of abilities are we talking about? What would this look like? Please elaborate in the Suggestions discussion

Probably ready for release now
On the first run after loading up the game, sometimes it doesn't add the character. Then on restart, it doesn't always add the chosen options. Starting a new game afterwards always seems to go properly. Not sure why this happens.
