Fixed: Demolitionist tracking now resets at the start of every wave
Fixed: Foodie effect should now actually give the stats reflected in the tooltip
Fixed: Options not being reset when returning from difficulty select screen
Fixed: On restart not starting with the starting items and weapons

Change: Reworked the guaranteed item once per shop effect, so it now works with locked items and the guaranteed combo weapon. It also allows for multiple of these effects
