Does every Dark Elf need to have Magical Weapons?

The hydras are way too strong imo. Built in fear is just too much in dom 6. They're already strong enough without it I think.

Otherwise, this is a nice nation imo

Heads up, the Brisk Raiders don't have Attack skill to account for the new -3 Attack penalty for using a two-handed weapon while mounted, so they're pretty innacurate.
