Could you add owner = { is_country_type = decentralized } requirement to not take claims from non colonizable provinces? Otherwise can i make this version of your mod if i give you a shout out?

it takes the claim war goal away at the of wars allowing everyone with an instest in the area o to make colony this replaces the their claim with your claim so only you (and however else claimed the state) can make colony
