perhaps you could share the file through google drive or sum that stops the stuttering??

you need to compile the plugin in post #92 to stop the stuttering

it lags even more do i need the .smx file of the .sp file from the description so it doesnt lag??

grab the .sp file from the link in this description, that one has all the particle effects precached

they work with the assets from post 87 but it kinda lags out when shooting mutliple zombies or tanks, any way to fix this???

Well yes, you need the assets from post #87 from the alliedmodders link else you can't compile

the .smx file doesnt work and the .sp file cant be compiled
