THIS ADDON DOES NOTHING ON IT'S OWN

YOU NEED THE SOURCEMOD PLUGIN THAT CAN BE FOUND IN THE LINK BELOW TO MAKE IT WORK
This addon will only work on dedicated servers that have the plugin found here[forums.alliedmods.net], you must understand how to install plugins and I will not provide a tutorial on how to do so. I didn't make these particles, all credits goes to original owners, I just fixed a few bugs

I host myself some servers which you can join.

I tried to download the plugin but the download wouldn't work. Is there any alternative I could try or another website I could download from?
