Good idea but it seems really OP and not very realistic if you can level up fitness and strength with no costs or side effects.

It would need to:
-Level up fitness only since skipping is a cardio excercise.
-Add muscle strain to arms and legs.
-Drain endurance and fatigue like other exercise do already in game.

I love this mod, but it is massively overpowered right now because it has no cost to use. I hate to spoil the party, but OP should really add stamina cost, or have extended use cause exercise fatigue or something, because right now you can power level fitness by speeding up time and skipping non-stop.

For some reason when using the rope it does not cause endurance to drop, nor does it give workout fatigue.

The act of skipping rope doesn't seem to consume calories.

Unfortunately this mod isn't compatible with split screen co-op, player 2 isn't able to perform the exercise.

@SportXAI Not really sure what else I can say. I've been using it for a while, but since the recent update to the mod, the button shows for a moment, before the sleep overlay, but then vanishes, acting like it's being hidden behind the blank sleep overlay. Looking through my recent updated mods list, the only other sleep related mod that has been changed recently, was Comfy Sleeping, but that was updated after this problem started, and I was using that with Wake-up, prior to this issue.

@Anach "Wake Yourself Up" mod works fine in my game, could you tell me your situation?

The item does spawn a lot, I also don't recieve any fitness or strength and dont experience any endurance loss. I am using Fitness and Strength overhaul so that might be why, idk.

I really cool, but I'm finding one every 3 houses, mybe reduce the spawn?

this is one of the perfect workout in zombie apocalypse fosho, especially when parkouring, if we took into the realistic perspective XD

Does it provide happiness? Because it definitely should; I'm grabbing the mod because it makes me happy to think about my character skipping rope in the apocalypse.

Cool, still waiting for a mod that adds a pull up bar and pull ups, but thats nice as well. However why would skipping increase your strength? its cardio, doesnt really make sense.
