I) - Car mods
II) - Weapon mods
III) - Building a safe house and garden
IV) - And protecting all of the above from bandits!
Thanks to this mod, I've played Zomboid for over 700 hours in a year, I'm not tired of it, and I don't plan on stopping! Yeehaw!

Authentic Z and the Zombie Death Animations work fine because they are only cosmetic...
Logically, any mod that effects the zombies actions/behaviours would likely be the cause of lag issues that occur when your character is close to bandits, but not a problem otherwise, as something is most likely conflicting with their code. Other than obviously having too many spawns in an area of course...
Anyway, I hope this helps someone out, as it was a HUGE problem for me last night, and was working fantastic again after disabling the other mod and doing a Soft Reset just for the hell of it...
You really don't need the other zombie mod on when you have to deal with Bandits and Zombies at the same time.
