Well I see it like this, blindsight is already objectively a terrible meme that you basically pick to torture yourself. There is barely any upside to this meme. Wouldn't it be interesting if there was some sort of thematical benefit? Not being able to see the unnatural darkness because you already live in darkness ... shouldn't you be immune to the unnatural darkness then? You don't even see it! How can you be afraid or influenced by something you are not even perceiving? You're one with the darkness already lol. At least that's my headcannon on it.
Should be vanilla as so many things.
