Due to how SCS Software modeled the PrePass devices into the interiors of the trucks, I cannot make them an accessory, sorry. That would require me to edit every truck interior and would be a lot of effort to do so and make updates for any changes SCS makes to the interiors.

Because each one of these mods replaces the same image on the PrePass transponder. SCS Software only has the one image for the device.

Why couldn't you put all the states in one mod?
